Here are some of the Ameco items I used during my NOVICE days when I was just starting to get into
radio. There was a lot of 6 meter activity at the time in the Buffalo area, and I got right into the middle
of it with the OTs who were running their rigs on "6 AM and CW". I wanted to set up a corner table
affair with the components I used back then and this is what I have come up with so far.

Need a power supply and converter
to drive the SP-600-JX17

Then a VFO for frequency control.





A transmitter with reasonable power out
and AM/CW capability.




The 6 meter Loop fed with 50 ohm
Pressurized Hard-line.
