INTRODUCING THE
BC-375
AIRCRAFT TRANSMITTER
WITH ACCESSORIES.

I got this on E-bay unlike my
original this one was dusty/dirty
and needed LOTS of help.

With only the one tuning unit.

The oscillator tube and speech amp tube didn't
survive the trip.

The schematic.

Now begins the resurrection
of this "Old Girl" to
Put it into useful
Service.

This schematic shows the
Oscillator and Amplifier
section.

Note: the H.V. to the tubes is 1000 VDC.
While the filament voltage is 24 VAC, and unless you want to
rewire the lines for the filaments
leave them at 24 VAC.

Check the wiring to - from on "Your unit"
and make sure the connections are A-OK.

NOTE: The screw terminals might be
corroded check and clean them anyway.

If you want the manual is HERE, in PDF.

I started out by checking the oscillator for frequency on 80 meters, so I would know where I was and could monitor the output
and stability with a real power supply, that doesn't change levels notice-ably while in transmit. The tuning units power out chart
shows what you should expect with the "Proper" voltages. The tuning unit is the TU-6.

Note the Variometer coils in the TU-26 tuning unit.

A tooth-brush and a LOT of Patience
and care will yield up a good
looking unit.
