I waited the MONTH to get these parts, only to find that they were shipped with my other item. What gives here? will there be a refund of the excess shipping charges? Jim

I won two items, you informed me they could not be combined for shipping. I waited for the items I paid for plus shipping plus insurance, only to find the two items were in fact shipped together, for less than my paid cost for shipping. What gives here?
