The HV Power supply that gets the most workout is my special job that
provides 2 KV at 300 MA. It
is adjustable by variac control. The filter system consists of
ten (10) 4700uF @ 450 VDC computer
grade caps, each bypassed with a 47K 2 watt resistor (load). I use it
for the stand alone amplifiers and
rigs that need to be tested, that come in minus power supplies.

The rectifier board is towards the rear
of the chassis.
It is a FWB and handles 2.5A at 5KV per leg.
